Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern sales of training programs, courses, tutorials, subscriptions, and digital content offered on the Acadamio website (the “Platform”).
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
2. Seller Identification
The services offered on the Platform are published by Jérôme Gallez, sole proprietor, doing business under the trade name Acadamio.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as reseller and Merchant of Record for transactions made on the Platform. Banking data is handled directly by this provider.
3. Products and Services Offered
The Platform offers, in particular:
- online training programs
- video tutorials
- educational resources
- downloadable digital content
- subscriptions giving access to premium content
- possibly workshops, coaching, or support services
The essential characteristics of the services are presented on the Platform.
The content is provided exclusively in digital format.
4. Access to Content
After payment validation, the user receives personal access to the purchased content.
The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.
Unless stated otherwise:
- access is strictly personal
- access may not be shared, resold, or transferred
- where applicable, access is granted for the duration indicated at the time of purchase
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access in the event of abusive or fraudulent use, including in the event of:
- violation of these Terms of Sale
- account sharing
- fraud
- abusive use of the services
- or behavior that interferes with the proper operation of the Platform
No refund will be due in this context.
The Platform reserves the right to modify, update, or remove certain content to ensure the quality and development of the educational content.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing content does not imply a guaranteed perpetual right of access.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
The Platform reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
However, the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Any applicable taxes are specified before payment validation.
6. Order
The order is considered final after:
- cart validation
- acceptance of these Terms of Sale
- payment confirmation
A confirmation email may be sent after order validation.
The Platform reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of fraud, attempted fraud, or non-payment.
7. Payment
Payment is due immediately.
Payments are made through secure third-party payment providers.
The Platform does not store users’ banking data.
In the event of payment failure or refusal, access to the service may be suspended or cancelled.
8. Subscriptions
When offers operate as subscriptions:
- the subscription renews automatically at each due date
- the applicable amount is the one displayed at subscription or renewal
- the user may cancel at any time from their personal area or by contacting the Platform
Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period.
No refund is made for a period that has already started.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
The consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised when:
- performance of the digital service has begun
- with the customer’s prior express consent
- and with express waiver of their right of withdrawal
By purchasing an online training program or digital content with immediate access, the user acknowledges that they:
- request immediate performance of the service
- expressly waive their right of withdrawal
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the sales page, purchases of digital content are non-refundable after access to the content.

The Platform remains free to grant or refuse a commercial refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All content offered on the Platform is protected by intellectual property law.
This includes, in particular:
- videos
- texts
- slides
- exercises
- templates
- prompts
- logos
- design
- documentation
Purchasing a training program does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
The user receives only a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the content.
It is prohibited to:
- reproduce
- redistribute
- resell
- mass-record
- publicly share
- use the content to train competing models
- commercially exploit the content without written authorization
In particular, it is prohibited to use the content, prompts, educational materials, or resources offered on the Platform to create, train, or feed a competing service or competing artificial intelligence model without prior written authorization.
11. Use of AI Tools
Certain features or content available on the Platform may include artificial intelligence (AI) tools or reference the use of generative AI technologies.
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The user acknowledges that generative AI technologies have inherent limitations and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable content.
Accordingly, the Platform does not guarantee, including but not limited to:
- the accuracy of generated outputs;
- the absence of errors;
- the relevance or completeness of generated content;
- suitability for any specific professional, legal, financial, medical, or strategic use;
- the achievement of any commercial, technical, or operational result.
AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice.
The user remains solely responsible for:
- verifying any information obtained through the Platform;
- any decisions made based on the provided content or generated outputs;
- and any use made of such content or outputs.
12. Liability
The Platform is subject to an obligation of means.
The Platform cannot be held liable, in particular, in the event of:
- temporary interruption of the Platform
- bugs
- technical unavailability
- loss of data or content
- inappropriate use of the content
- absence of commercial, financial, or professional results
The user acknowledges that the training programs offered are educational content and not a guarantee of success.
The user remains solely responsible for:
- how they use the information, tools, or content
- decisions made based on the training programs
- the compliance of their activities with applicable regulations
Exclusion of indirect damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform cannot be held liable for indirect damages suffered by the user or professional client, including:
- loss of revenue
- loss of customers
- loss of data
- business interruption
- damage to reputation
- loss of profit
- commercial harm
Limitation of liability
In all cases where the Platform’s liability is established, the total amount of compensation may not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
This limitation does not apply:
- in the event of gross negligence or intentional misconduct
- in the event of death or bodily injury
- where applicable law prohibits such limitation
Professional clients
Professional clients acknowledge that they use the Platform’s services in the context of their professional activity and expressly accept the liability limitations provided in these Terms of Sale.
13. Force Majeure
The Platform cannot be held liable for non-performance or delay resulting from a force majeure event.
14. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy & cookies available on the Platform.
15. Changes to These Terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time.
The applicable Terms of Sale are those in force on the date of the order.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by Taiwanese law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the consumer customer’s country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to first seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable agreement within a reasonable period, the competent courts shall be those of the publisher’s registered office, unless mandatory provisions applicable to consumers provide otherwise.
If consumers located in the European Union use the Platform, they also benefit from the mandatory rights granted to them by applicable consumer protection provisions.
